The South Shore Taco Guy brings the ultimate taco experience to your events! Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, birthday party, or any celebration, we offer authentic Mexican cuisine with our mobile taco truck or pop-up setups.
Our catering services are available throughout the South Shore and beyond. We pride ourselves on fresh ingredients, made-to-order tacos, and a fun, festive atmosphere that will make your event memorable.

Our full-service taco truck brings the complete fiesta experience to your location. Perfect for larger events and available from April 1st to December 1st.

FIESTA CATERING POLICIES & INFO
All Catering Fiestas Include:
- Taco Truck or Pop-Up Grills
- Taco Chef and Assistant(s) as Needed
General Info:
- Taco Truck is available April 1st - December 1st.
- Taco Truck hours are dependent on fiesta size.
- Pop-Up Fiestas are available June 1st - September 15th.
- Pop-Up Fiestas include up to 2 hours of service (1 hour of set-up, 1.5 hours of serving, .5 hours clean-up/break-down). Each additional hour is charged at $200 per hour.
- Fiestas for more than 200 people, time is negotiable.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel a party for a full refund up to two weeks (14 days) before your fiesta date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than two weeks from the party date.
- Heavy rains and/or wind don't allow for proper/safe grilling! As a result, parties may be rescheduled within 24 hours of the fiesta date due to inclement weather. Rain dates are scheduled upon availability. Deposits are returned for weather cancelations.
Taxes & Fees:
- Fiestas that are more than 20 miles from Hull, MA may have an additional gas/travel fee.
- Current tax rate will be applied to all fiestas.
- Local health department permit fees are applied to the final bill.
